A full point of sale, with honest processing behind it

A POS does more than take the card. It tracks items, staff, and sales, prints kitchen tickets, and shows you the day's numbers. We set up the system and the processing together, on one transparent rate.

What a POS adds over a terminal

A terminal takes the card. A point of sale runs the whole counter: what you sell, who sold it, and what the day looked like.

Items and inventory

Ring up by item, not by a typed-in total. Track stock, set prices and modifiers, and know what is selling and what is sitting.

Staff and shifts

Logins for each employee, permissions for who can discount or refund, and a record of who rang what.

Reports you will actually read

Sales by day, by item, by employee. Tips, taxes, and the numbers your accountant asks for, without a spreadsheet.

Who it is for

Built for businesses with more than a counter.

If you have items to track, staff to manage, or tables to turn, a POS pays for itself in time saved. The card payment is built in, on the same honest rate as everything else we set up.

We help you choose a system that fits how you work, and we handle the setup and the processing together, so there is one person to call.

Already have a POS you like?

You do not have to replace it to work with us. There are three ways to connect the payments, and we tell you which one your software supports.

Built in

Your software has a direct connection to our processing. The sale is typed once and the card follows.

Through a gateway

Your software connects through our payment gateway, and we process behind it. We pick the gateway that fits your software.

Side by side

Our terminal sits next to your software. Plenty of businesses run this way; the trade-off is typing the amount twice.

Common questions

Do I need a POS, or is a terminal enough?
If you ring up totals and hand over a receipt, a terminal is enough. If you want to track items, inventory, staff, or tables, a POS does that and takes the card too. See the terminals we set up if you are not sure.
Can I keep the POS I already have?
Usually. We check whether your software connects to our processing directly, through a gateway, or with a terminal beside it, and we tell you which before anything changes. Some systems only allow their own payments; if yours is one of them, we say so. How integrations work.
Does the POS take tap and digital wallets?
Yes. The card reader on the POS, and any terminal paired with it, takes chip, tap, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is the processing rate different on a POS?
No. The POS is the hardware and software; the processing is priced the same transparent way as every other setup we offer. How our pricing works.

Not sure which system fits?

Tell us what you sell and how busy the counter gets. We will recommend a setup and put it next to honest pricing, with no pressure either way.
