AllProPay is a merchant services provider. We help businesses accept card payments and pay less to do it. Our US office is at 108 W 39th Street, Suite 1006, New York, NY 10018. You can reach us at [email protected] or 929-930-3973.
When you contact us, request a free statement review, ask to get started, apply for an account, or ask about partnering, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, city and state, your estimated monthly card volume, your current processor, and any message you write. If you upload a processing statement or other document, we receive the file (up to 10 MB per upload). If you call or text us, we keep a record of that conversation, including call recordings where the law allows and we have told you.
If you go on to open a merchant account, our application collects the additional information a processor and its sponsor bank need to approve you, such as ownership details, tax identification, and bank account information for deposits. That information is collected on the application itself, not on the marketing pages of this site.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: the pages you visit, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser type. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure. With your consent, this site also uses analytics and advertising cookies. See Cookies and browser storage below.
Forms on this site are sent over an encrypted connection to a small gateway we control. The gateway checks that the request came from our site, screens out bots, and passes your form and any uploaded file straight into our customer relationship system. Nothing is stored in the gateway itself. We may use a bot-protection service such as Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms; if we do, it sees the technical details of your request in order to tell people from bots.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with sub-contractors who support service delivery (e.g., customer service platforms), but only as necessary to provide those services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
With your consent, we may contact you by phone, email, and text message about your request and your account. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. Text messages may include service updates, transactional notifications, and promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us directly. Reply HELP for assistance. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Our Text Message Terms explain the text program in full.
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use analytics and advertising cookies. If you choose Accept all, we load Google Analytics (to see which pages help people), the Meta pixel and Google Ads measurement (to see what our ads bring in), and our live chat, each of which sets its own cookies under its own policy. If you choose Only necessary, none of those load, and you can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Either way, your browser keeps a small note of choices you make here, such as your cookie choice, your country choice, or hiding the savings estimator bar, so we do not show them again. That note stays on your device and is not sent to us. Embedded third-party content, such as the Google reviews widget and web fonts, is loaded from the provider's servers; the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy. Clearing your browser storage removes all of this. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track you across other sites.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request, serve your account, and meet our legal and card-network obligations. If you send us a statement and do not become a customer, you can ask us to delete it at any time and we will. Merchant account records are kept for the period our processor and banking agreements and the law require.
Connections to this site and our forms are encrypted. Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to help you, and statements and documents are stored in systems with access controls and audit trails. Card numbers belonging to your customers are never collected through this site. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so if you have a concern about a specific document, call us and we will arrange another way to receive it.
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. You can withdraw consent to calls, emails, or texts at any time. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, have the rights those laws give them; we honor them, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email [email protected] or call 929-930-3973. We may need to verify who you are before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email or by a notice on this site before it takes effect.
