These terms govern your use of the AllProPay website at allpropay.com. By using the site you agree to them. Our payment processing and any other services are provided under a separate written agreement that you sign. If anything here conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for those services.
This site provides information, guides and free tools such as the statement review and the calculators. It is also where you can contact us, start an application and refer a business. The tools give estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are general information, not a quote, a guarantee, or financial or legal advice.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the forms, submit someone else's information without their permission, or copy its content for a competing service. The AllProPay name, logo and content are ours and are protected.
When you contact us, request a statement review, start an application or refer a business, you confirm the information is yours to share and accurate, and, for a referral, that the person knows you are passing on their details. An application can include the owner's identity details such as a Social Security number and date of birth, banking details, and photos of documents such as a driver's licence or a voided check. We use this information only to prepare your application, verify your business, and set up and service your account. We share it with the payment processor and bank you apply with, and with the service providers that run our systems, as our Privacy Policy describes. We store Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, tax IDs and bank account numbers in encrypted fields, and limit who can see the rest. Details are in our Privacy Policy. Messaging consent is covered by our Text Message Terms.
Starting an application on this site does not create an agreement and does not commit you or us to anything. Your account is approved by a payment processor, and your pricing and terms are set out in a written agreement that you review and sign. Nothing is binding until both of those are done.
Any savings figures or rates shown are estimates based on the information provided. They depend on your volume, your card mix and interchange, which is set by the card brands. We do not promise a specific savings amount on this site. What we offer is a clear, honest review.
Referral bonuses under our Share and Earn program are described on the program page. Eligibility and payment details are confirmed in writing after you refer a business. We may change or end the program for future referrals. A bonus already earned under the terms in place at the time of the referral is still paid.
Some features rely on third parties, such as payment processors and gateways, hardware makers, address suggestions from Google, review platforms, and Cloudflare, which carries and protects our forms. Their availability and terms are set by them, not by us.
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms and the site. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
