What we do

Every way you get paid, one partner who knows your account.

We set up the processing, the equipment, and the software, then we stay on the line. You get pricing you can read and a person who picks up.

How we do it

Three steps, no pressure.

You don’t need to understand processing to get a straight answer. Tell us what you pay today and we take it from there.

  1. 1

Tell us what you pay today

On a flat-rate app, the 2.6% and 2.9% + 30¢ kind? Your rate is published, so we already have your number. Everyone else: one recent statement. Upload it, email it, or text us a photo of it.

  2. 2

We show you two ways to pay less

A Cost+ rate that lowers what you pay, or Dual Pricing, where the card fee goes to $0 and cash customers pay list price. Already adding a card fee by hand? We check it is set up right. If the savings aren’t there, we say so.

  3. 3

We set you up and stay on the line

No downtime: you’re live with us before the old account closes. After that, you have a direct line to someone who knows your account.

Two things quietly cost you money

Most businesses aren’t overpaying because they made a bad choice. They’re overpaying because the system is built to be hard to read, and hard to get help with.

The first problem

The confusing statement and the hidden fee

Statements are designed to be hard to read. The real cost hides in tiered downgrades, padding, and fees most people can’t explain. The first thing we do is walk you through it, line by line.

The second problem

The faceless, flat-rate processor

The big flat-rate companies work, but you usually pay more than you need to, and when something goes wrong with your money, a straight answer can be hard to get. With us, a real person who knows your account picks up.

What are you really paying?

Two numbers from your statement tell you your true effective rate. Try it, then send us the statement for the full statement review.

Your effective rate is the real percentage you pay on every dollar you process.

This is an estimate based on the numbers you enter. Your actual rate depends on your card mix, transaction sizes, and interchange.

Your real rate: the equation and the gap Total fees divided by total card volume gives the effective rate, shown as $1,500 divided by $50,000 equals 3.0 percent, with two bars underneath where the effective rate stands taller than the rate you were quoted and the difference is bracketed as downgrades and junk fees. YOUR REAL RATE Total fees divided by total card volume. Two numbers from your statement, one honest answer. TOTAL FEES $1,500 everything you paid last month ÷ CARD VOLUME $50,000 everything you ran on cards = EFFECTIVE RATE 3.0% your real rate what you actually pay on every dollar, once every fee is counted the headline number The rate you were quoted QUOTED RATE DOWNGRADES + JUNK FEES 3.0% Your effective rate THE GAP Downgrades and junk fees The quoted rate only applied to some of your transactions. The rest, plus the monthly fees, is the gap. The advertised rate is what they want you to look at. The effective rate is what you actually pay. No jargon

How processing pricing actually works

Every card has a base cost set by the card brands, called interchange, that nobody can lower. What a processor adds on top is the part you can actually compare and control. We show you both numbers. Flat-rate and tiered programs blend everything together so you can’t tell what you’re really paying.

We offer three programs: Dual Pricing, interchange-plus, and AllPro Rebate. Most businesses start with Dual Pricing, where card customers cover the card fee. We help you pick the one that fits, and we show you the math on your statement. Compare the three.

The fees worth watching

  • PCI "non-compliance" feesOften avoidable once you’re set up correctly.
  • Tiered and "non-qualified" downgradesAn advertised low rate that jumps on most transactions.
  • Batch, statement, and gateway paddingSmall recurring fees that add up.
  • Early-termination and cancellation feesBuried in the contract. We don’t use them.
Support that knows you

The difference is who picks up the phone.

The big processors hand you a portal. We give you a direct line to someone who knows your account and your business.

When it comes to your money, you shouldn’t have to wait 48 hours for an email. You get straight answers from people who treat your business like it matters.

Questions we hear a lot

How much does AllProPay cost?
It depends on your business, your volume, and your card mix, which is exactly why we won’t quote a number without seeing your statement. What we can promise: what you sign is what you pay, no contracts, and no cancellation fees. Send one statement and we’ll show you the honest math.
Do you really have no contracts or cancellation fees?
Yes. No long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. You stay because it works, not because you’re locked in.
How do I find out if I’m overpaying?
Send us one recent processing statement. We’ll calculate your true effective rate, name every fee, and flag the ones that should be lower. It’s free, and there’s no pressure either way.
Will switching interrupt my payments?
No. We set you up before you cancel your old provider, so there is no downtime. If you have recurring customers or stored cards, we help move them.
Do you work with my POS?
Often, yes. Open systems let you keep your software and switch the processing to us. A few systems, like Square and Toast, lock you to their own processing; if you’re on one, we’ll show you the real cost and the math on switching. Tell us what you run and we’ll confirm.
Are you there after I sign?
Yes. You get a direct line to a real person who knows your account. When it’s about your money, you won’t wait 48 hours for an answer.
