Payments for local service businesses

You work at the customer’s home, car or business, not behind a counter. We set you up to get paid on the spot, by invoice or by payment link, on pricing that fits a smaller business.

Get paid when the job is done

We work with the businesses that keep a town running:

  • Cleaning, residential and commercial
  • Car detailing, mobile or in a shop
  • Seasonal and holiday lighting
  • Landscaping and snow removal
  • Handyman and pressure washing
  • Pest control and moving

Most of these jobs end in a driveway, so the payment has to work from your phone.

Pricing that fits your business

We offer three programs. We go over your statement with you and recommend the one that fits.

Smaller businesses

Dual Pricing

You post a card price and a cash price. Customers who pay by card cover the card fee, so your card processing fees can drop to $0. A small monthly fee applies.

Interchange-plus

The card brands’ cost passed straight through, plus one clear markup you can see on every statement.

$10,000+ a month

AllPro Rebate

Dual Pricing that pays you back. Members of the AllPro Rebate Club earn a cash rebate on their card volume every month, paid by ACH or Zelle. No monthly fee.

Your effective rate is the real percentage you pay on every dollar you process.

An estimate based on the numbers you enter. Send your statement for the full statement review.

Your real rate: the equation and the gap Total fees divided by total card volume gives the effective rate, shown as $1,500 divided by $50,000 equals 3.0 percent, with two bars underneath where the effective rate stands taller than the rate you were quoted and the difference is bracketed as downgrades and junk fees. YOUR REAL RATE Total fees divided by total card volume. Two numbers from your statement, one honest answer. Works with your software

Some scheduling apps let you choose your processor. Others lock you in. Here is where we fit.

Keep your app, switch to us

Many booking and field-service apps let you choose your processor or pair with a mobile reader, so you keep your app and move the processing to AllProPay.

Locked

Locked to their own processing

Some apps push their own built-in payments. If yours does, we’ll show you the cost and the honest math on switching.

No software yet?

Plenty of crews run on a phone and a calendar. Tap to Pay and payment links work fine on their own.

What other businesses say

Common questions

Can I take a card payment at the customer’s door?
Yes. You can take contactless payments with Tap to Pay on a supported phone, or pair a small mobile reader. No counter or full terminal needed.
Can I send an invoice or a payment link instead?
Yes. Send an invoice or a payment link by text or email, so a customer who wasn’t home can pay from their phone. For regular clients, you can keep a card on file.
Which pricing program fits a small service business?
For many smaller businesses, Dual Pricing fits best: you post a card price and a cash price, and your card processing fees can drop to $0. We also offer interchange-plus, and AllPro Rebate for businesses doing $10,000 or more a month in card sales. We go over your statement with you and recommend the one that fits.
My business is seasonal. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Holiday lighting, snow removal and landscaping all run in seasons. Tell us your busy months when you apply, so your setup is ready before the rush.

See what your business pays

Send one recent statement and we’ll go over it with you: what you pay and where it can come down. No obligation. No statement handy? Tell us what you pay and who processes for you, we’ll take it from there.
