Your first statement is the one to read closely. Here is what is on it, why it can look a little odd, and how to check it.
It usually covers a part month, from your first sale to the end of the month, so the totals look small. If a monthly fee on that first part month looks wrong to you, call us and we check it against your agreement. Your second statement is the first full picture.
Your pricing is in your agreement. Compare the rate and each monthly fee line by line. Then work out your real cost: total fees divided by total card sales. That one number tells you more than any advertised rate. There is more on it in how to read your statement.
Call 929-930-3973. We go through it line by line against your signed pricing, and if something is wrong we get it fixed with the processor. If the savings are there, you’ll see them. If something is off, we tell you that too.
Your first monthly account fee is waived. It shows as a credit on your first full statement.
